Postdoctoral Research Associate

Research Interests:
Cancer cells has unique metabolic phenotype and respond differentially to various stimuli. Comprehensive understating of the epigenetic pathways that consort with metabolic reprogramming in cancer is not fully understood. We have observed that various carcinogens, metabolites and pharmaceutical inhibitors affects epigenetic reprogramming of the cancer cells. Eswara is investigating re-structuring of epigenetic and metabolic networks in prostate and bladder cancer cells and exploring reverting of onco-metabolic alterations.
